How do I import my contacts? ▾
Go to Contacts → Import CSV in your dashboard. Your CSV must have column headers — we support email, phone, first_name, last_name. Download our sample template if needed. Import completes in seconds, no matter the list size.
What's the difference between email and SMS campaigns? ▾
Email campaigns send rich HTML messages to your contacts' inboxes via SendGrid. SMS campaigns send text messages directly to their phones via Twilio. You can send both in a single "Email + SMS" campaign. SMS typically has 5–8× higher open rates than email.
Can I schedule campaigns in advance? ▾
Yes! When creating a campaign, toggle "Schedule for later" and pick a date and time. Pro and Enterprise plans support unlimited scheduled campaigns. The campaign will send automatically at the exact time you choose.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan? ▾
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click "Manage subscription." You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What coupon codes are available? ▾

Is SendZap CAN-SPAM and TCPA compliant? ▾
SendZap is built with compliance in mind. All email campaigns automatically include an unsubscribe link. SMS campaigns include opt-out instructions per TCPA requirements. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper consent from your contacts before sending.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Subscriptions are billed monthly and non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of the period. For billing disputes, contact support@sendzap.io within 7 days of the charge.
